BWT PURACTIV: filtration of impurities, tastes, odors and pollutants

The BWT PURACTIV duplex station improves water quality throughout the house. Installed on the general cold water inlet or upstream of a point of use, it retains impurities and reduces tastes, odors as well as certain pollutants present in the water.

Complementary two-step filtration

  • BWT ARCTIC 20 µm cartridge: retains solid particles such as sand, sludge and rust. Its treatment limits bacterial proliferation inside the filter.
  • BWT PUREBLOCK 10 µm cartridge: activated carbon from coconut shells that reduces chlorine, tastes, odors, organic matter and certain pollutants such as PFAS, pesticides and VOCs.

Delivery and maintenance

The station is supplied complete with ARCTIC and PUREBLOCK cartridges, mounting bracket and loosening wrench. The cartridge set should be replaced approximately every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if fouling is observed.

Price indicated for hardware only. Connectors, any adaptations and installation are not included. Professional installation can be offered by BDS Hydro Tech in Antibes and the Alpes-Maritimes region.
