BDS Hydro Tech is a company based in Antibes. Online sales and local technical services are two distinct services.
Online Order Delivery Area
Online orders are currently delivered in metropolitan France, according to the options offered during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on actual stock, supplier, carrier, weight, volume, and delivery address.
- Standard products: typical delivery time of 3 to 7 working days.
- Heavy or bulky products: typical delivery time of 7 to 15 working days, depending on availability.
These times are indicative unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on weight, volume, product type, and destination. They are displayed before final order confirmation.
Heavy or Bulky Products
Bathtubs, shower trays, furniture, and other bulky products can be delivered by appointment, usually on the ground floor or at the foot of the building. Carrying items upstairs or special handling may incur an additional charge agreed upon in advance.
Tracking and Receipt
A tracking number is provided when the carrier allows. Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package and report any anomalies to the carrier, then promptly contact BDS Hydro Tech.
Installation
Products are delivered uninstalled, unless otherwise agreed in writing. An installation service can be offered with a quote within our intervention area.
Local Technical Services
Studies, installations, and interventions are primarily offered around Antibes and in the Alpes-Maritimes department, notably in Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Vallauris, Golfe-Juan, Biot, Valbonne, Cannes, and nearby municipalities.
The exact area, travel expenses, and timeline are specified before acceptance of the quote.
