Article 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of plumbing, tapware, sanitary, water treatment products and accessories offered on bdshydrotech.fr.
Article 3 – Products
Essential characteristics, references, prices, and availability are presented on the product pages. Photographs are for illustrative purposes. In case of unavailability after an order is placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
BDS Hydro Tech may change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation, except for obvious error.
Article 5 – Order
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer must check the contents of the cart, the delivery address, applicable fees, and the total amount before payment.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online using the solutions offered at checkout, including credit card, Shop Pay, and PayPal, subject to availability. Payments are processed by secure providers.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery is offered in mainland France according to the options and rates displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on stock, supplier, carrier, product weight, and volume.
Heavy or bulky products may be delivered by appointment, on the ground floor, or at the foot of the building. Any additional service must be agreed upon separately.
Article 8 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For eligible orders, BDS Hydro Tech grants a commercial period of 30 days from delivery to request a return, without reducing the consumer's legal rights.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective, damaged products or errors on our part. No restocking fee is applied. Any request must be authorized before shipment.

Article 9 – Cancellation
An order can be cancelled as long as the item has not yet been processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, the return procedure applies.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by French law.
Article 11 – Installation and Use
Plumbing, sanitary, and water treatment equipment must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and professional standards. BDS Hydro Tech cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or use.
Article 12 – Personal Data
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 13 – Disputes and Mediation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the customer is invited to contact BDS Hydro Tech to seek an amicable solution. The consumer can use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions provided by law.
