Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. This period includes weekends and public holidays according to the return rules configured in our shop.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused, uninstalled, and unconnected;
  • returned in its original, complete packaging and in good condition;
  • accompanied by its accessories, manuals, and proofs of purchase;
  • returned only after prior agreement from our customer service.

Return Procedure

All requests must first be sent to briand@bdshydrotech.fr, stating the order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return.

After validation, we will provide you with the exact address and return instructions. No package should be shipped without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if an error in preparation is attributable to us.

No restocking fees are applied.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled as long as the item has not yet been processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, the return procedure applies.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, within the applicable legal timeframes. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account then depends on your bank or payment provider.

Excluded or Ineligible Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • products that have been installed, connected, filled with water, used, or damaged after delivery;
  • customized products, tailor-made products, or products specially ordered according to customer specifications;
  • incomplete products or products whose packaging and accessories no longer allow for normal resale, subject to the consumer's legal rights.

    • Damaged Product or Delivery Error

    In the event of a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, please contact us promptly with photographs of the product, the package, and the shipping label so that we can offer you an appropriate solution.
